Job summary

Ruijie Reyee is seeking a skilled Sales Support Engineer to provide backbone technical assistance to system integrators and distributors. You will establish standardized service processes across multiple countries and drive the quality of services delivered.

You will run post-sales trainings and workshops to raise partner proficiency in networking solutions. You will work closely with the TAC team and R&D to align product features and run POC tests for global expansions, ensuring smooth

Qualifications

3 years of technical experience on sales support for enterprise network products
Experience with system integration or value-add distributors
Strong responsibility and resource integration ability
Fluent Polish and English
Networking skills in Switching, Routing, WLAN, and Network Orchestration/Integration
Certifications: CCNP/CCIE or equivalent, Aruba/Huawei/HP/JNCIP/JNCIE are plus

Responsibilities

Provide back line technical assistance and support to System Integration, Distributor and T2 channel partners
Establish service processes with covering countries and ensure service quality
Develop partner/system integration/distributor support skills through post-sales training/workshops
Collaborate with 2nd level TAC to address partner and end-customer requests
Coordinate with R&D for new product features and POC testing for global release
