Job summary

Vonage in Poland is seeking a Product Manager – Channel Management to own the end-to-end vision for setting up and managing channels within the Vonage Contact Centre platform. You will drive provisioning workflows for WhatsApp, webchat, and email, and define the administrator experience for channel bindings and lifecycle management.

You will collaborate with engineering, legal, and compliance to ensure regulatory alignment across markets, and focus on voice number management, API-based call

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management.
• Familiarity with digital messaging channels and their configuration or provisioning requirements (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, SMS, RCS, webchat).
• Understanding of messaging compliance frameworks such as 10DLC and toll-free verification.
• Experience with voice communication products, including number management, porting, and routing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for channel setup and management within the Vonage Contact Centre platform.
• Drive the development of intuitive provisioning flows for digital channels including WhatsApp, webchat, and email setup frameworks.
• Define and improve the administrator experience for channel binding, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Own the product roadmap for messaging compliance and registration capabilities, including 10DLC, toll-free, and RCS registration for VCC.
• Partner with engineering, legal, and compliance teams to meet carrier and regulatory requirements across markets.
• Monitor messaging standards and drive platform updates to keep Vonage compliant and competitive.
• Define capabilities for voice number porting, purchasing, and setup within the platform.
• Own API route setup for advanced call routing configurations for enterprise customers.
• Monitor industry trends to keep channel management capabilities forward-thinking.
• Balance new features with a seamless experience for existing users.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA for delivery excellence.
• Engage with channel partners and customers to understand evolving needs across channel setup.
