Job summary

Demant Polska is seeking a Project Coordinator in Szczecin to drive day-to-day coordination across ERP programme streams. You will work with IT Delivery Lead, business project managers, and stream teams to turn plans into coordinated action and readiness for releases and handovers.

We seek at least 3 years of project coordination experience, strong Azure DevOps and Agile delivery skills, and the ability to manage multi-stream dependencies with a structured, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in project coordination or programme delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Agile delivery tools.
• Experience coordinating sprint planning, backlogs, risks, and delivery follow-up in complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Drive structured coordination across programme streams to enable alignment and timely execution.
• Maintain a governed Azure DevOps structure with clean, up-to-date backlogs.
• Track sprint and PI planning progress, actions, and Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, retrospectives, planning, stand-ups).
• Facilitate day-to-day operational alignment between PMO, IT, business stakeholders, and other programmes.
• Track cross-stream dependencies for integrations, testing, data migration, and security; highlight conflicts and decisions.
• Coordinate inputs for release and environment readiness, including deployment planning.
• Escalate unresolved risks and issues to the IT Delivery Lead with clear updates.
• Ensure business contributions and status are reflected in Azure DevOps.
• Align tasks with Application Owners before and during hypercare for smooth handover to IT support.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will drive day-to-day coordination and operational alignment across selected ERP programme streams. You will work closely with the IT Delivery Lead, business project managers, track leads, and stream teams, helping turn plans and priorities into coordinated action. Your contribution will strengthen delivery discipline, cross-stream collaboration, and readiness for releases, go-lives, hypercare, and handover to the IT support organisation.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Drive structured coordination across selected programme streams, enabling alignment, transparency, and timely execution follow-up
• Maintain a consistent and governed Azure DevOps structure, ensuring that backlogs are clean, structured, and up to date
• Track sprint and PI planning progress, follow up on actions, and coordinate key Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, retrospectives, planning sessions, and regular stand-ups
• Facilitate day-to-day operational alignment between PMO, IT, business stakeholders, and other dependent programmes while ensuring business ownership of content
• Track cross-stream dependencies related to integrations, testing, data migration, and security, highlighting conflicts, gaps, and required decisions
• Coordinate inputs for release and environment readiness, including deployment planning and alignment with other dependent programmes
• Track adherence to the delivery model, governance, and Definition of Done and **escalate** unresolved risks and issues to the IT Delivery Lead
• Provide clear and timely progress updates, ensuring that business contributions, actions, and delivery status are reflected in Azure DevOps
• Align tasks and tickets with Application Owners before and during hypercare to support an effective handover to the IT support organisation

• Bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, programme delivery, or a similar role
• Have strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Agile delivery tools
• Have experience coordinating sprint planning, backlogs, dependencies, risks, and delivery follow-up in complex programmes
• Work comfortably across multiple streams and stakeholder groups while maintaining structure, priorities, and transparency
• Are structured, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
• Are self-driven and comfortable working independently while keeping stakeholders aligned
• Communicate clearly and make progress, risks, dependencies, and required actions visible
