Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking an ERP Project Manager to lead the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in Poland. The role is on-site/hybrid in Częstochowa with a B2B contract for 6–9 months and ASAP start.

You will coordinate with the customer, local partner and project team to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities include governance, planning, risk management and change management across Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Sales, with emphasis on aligning processes

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ERP project management experience.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred (or similar ERP platforms).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to map and document business processes and changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Business Central rollout in Poland.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, governance, reporting and documentation.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.

ERP Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

Location: Częstochowa, Śląskie (2 days a week in the office)

Contract: B2B only | 6–9 months, with potential extension

Start date: ASAP (within 2-4 weeks)

Working pattern: B2B, Full-time

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the project from the customer's side, providing independent leadership and coordinating the end-to-end rollout in collaboration with the local implementation partner, business stakeholders and the wider project team.

The role combines project governance and delivery management with business process analysis and change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end Business Central rollout in Poland.
• Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, governance, reporting and documentation.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate the customer, implementation partner and key business stakeholders.
• Review and document existing business processes and support their alignment with the global template.
• Drive organisational change and support business readiness for the new system.
• Oversee implementation activities across Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Sales.
• Coordinate system integrations and interfaces with booking platforms.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery remains aligned with agreed objectives, timelines and business requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience managing ERP implementation projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred, but not essential; candidates with experience in other ERP platforms, including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, will also be considered.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and change management skills.
• Experience in business process mapping, analysis and documentation.
• Good understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders and external partners.
• Willingness to work on-site/hybrid regularly in Częstochowa, particularly during the initial project phases.
