Job summary

3Shape is seeking an ERP Test Engineer to join the Digital Experience & Applications team in Szczecin. You will validate business processes, data migrations, and end-to-end system functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related ERP applications.

You will work with stakeholders, consultants, developers, and project teams to ensure quality, release readiness, and production readiness across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, BIS, or related field.
• 2+ years of software testing, ERP testing, or QA experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or transformations; knowledge of Finance, SCM, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Logistics processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and business process validation.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools.
• Experience with TestRail or other test management tools.
• Experience with regression, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Hands-on API and UI testing using Postman, Playwright or similar tools.
• Good English communication skills.
• Preferred data migration testing/validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of release management and deployment processes.
• Experience in international cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios for D365 F&O and related ERP solutions.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end validation across Finance, Procurement, SCM, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other ERP domains.
• Perform SIT and support UAT across project workstreams.
• Verify integrations between D365 F&O and surrounding enterprise applications for data integrity and process continuity.
• Participate in data migration validation and reconciliation activities.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with business users and project teams to validate requirements and outcomes.
• Support release readiness activities and verify solution quality before production deployment.
• Assist in establishing and improving testing standards, methodologies, and QA practices; identify risks and mitigation actions.
• Prepare testing documentation, execution reports, and quality metrics for stakeholders.

Job description

We are looking for an ERP Test Engineer to join our Digital Experience & Applications team and support testing responsibilities for our ERP system. In this role, you will be working to ensure the quality, stability, and business readiness of solutions delivered within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and its surrounding application landscape. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, solution architects, and project teams to validate business processes, integrations, data migrations, and end-to-end system functionality. The role is critical in ensuring successful delivery of one of the company's key business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for D365 F&O and related ERP solutions.

• Perform functional, integration, regression and end-to-end Validate business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other ERP domains.

• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across project workstreams.

• Verify integrations between D365 F&O and surrounding enterprise applications to ensure data integrity and process continuity.

• Participate in data migration validation and reconciliation activities.

• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.

• Collaborate with business users and project teams to understand requirements and validate expected outcomes.

• Support release readiness activities and verify solution quality before deployment to production.

• Assist in establishing and improving testing standards, methodologies, and quality assurance practices Identify testing risks and quality concerns and proactively recommend mitigation actions.

• Prepare testing documentation, execution reports, and quality metrics for project stakeholders.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing, ERP testing, or quality assurance.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

• Experience supporting ERP implementation or transformation projects. Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Logistics processes.

• Experience with ERP systems and business process validation.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.

• Experience with TestRail or other test management tools.

• Experience with regression testing, integration testing, and UAT support.

• Hands-on experience in API and integration testing utilizing Postman, Playwright or other tools to ensure comprehensive test coverage across both API and UI processes.

• Good English communication skills.

• Preferred Experience with data migration testing and validation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
