Job summary

BBH in Kraków is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Central Pricing to lead and coach a NAV processing team, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of fund reporting.

You will oversee monthly and quarterly NAV packages, resolve exceptions, and support audits while developing staff and strengthening controls. The role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office / 2 days remote for parents of young children).

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business-related field.
• 3+ years of Alternatives Fund Accounting, Global Custody, and/or Transfer Agency preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Detailed knowledge in Hedge Funds, Public/Private Debt Funds, Private Equity, or Real Estate Funds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and approve NAV packages and allocations.
• Reconcile transaction details and balances with supporting documentation.
• Solve complex problems including IRR, management fee, and waterfall calculations.
• Assist in fund financial statement audits, regulatory reporting, and tax preparation.
