Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a Client Service Supervisor in Kraków to ensure accurate data delivery and act as a primary escalation point for complex client issues. The role requires custody knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate client meetings, understand BBH products, and work with Operations, Treasury, and Markets to resolve inquiries promptly. A BS/BA and 3–4 years’ custody experience are expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of Custody or related industry experience.
• English at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Field and respond to client inquiries and escalated issues; act as point person for senior level contacts.
• Coordinate and follow up on client meetings and deliverables.
• Demonstrate understanding of BBH products and services.
• Collaborate with Operations, Treasury and Markets to ensure timely resolution of inquiries and improve service levels.
• Serve as a key contact for external clients regarding daily servicing inquiries.
• Develop internal relationships to aid in resolving client issues.
