Job summary

ingrammicro is seeking a seasoned Transport & Logistics Manager to oversee daily transport operations in the CEE region, ensuring SLA compliance, cost control, and KPI monitoring. You will lead cross-functional projects, collaborate with internal departments, and manage relationships with external carriers.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics, Polish language, English at least B2, and travel ~10%. A leadership mindset and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in logistics/forwarding environments.
• Polish language; English proficiency minimum B2.
• Willingness to travel around 10%.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook & Excel).

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage daily transport operations for the CEE region.
• Ensure SLA compliance with external partners and manage costs & monthly reporting.
• Develop, monitor, and optimize KPIs; lead improvement projects.
• Lead quality reviews with external carriers and ensure policy compliance.
