Job summary

RENOMIA Gallagher seeks a senior leader to develop the Energy practice across the Central and Eastern Europe region. You will shape strategy, build relationships with major energy clients, and coordinate with Gallagher Specialty in London to deliver energy-focused insurance and risk management solutions.

You will drive the energy specialization, manage cross-country projects, and contribute to market-leading services for generation, transmission, and energy infrastructure clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to set long-term strategic direction for a business unit.
• Experience building relationships with senior clients and partners.
• Ability to lead cross-country teams across different cultures.
• Fluency in English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Energy specialization strategy for the CEE region.
• Set priorities and long-term direction for the energy sector initiatives.
• Collaborate with RENOMIA and Gallagher teams to build energy-focused services.
• Create value propositions for energy generation, distribution, and trading players.
• Manage complex insurance and risk management projects for energy clients.
• Lead development of methodologies and standards for the Energy sector.
