Job summary

Aurora Energy Research is seeking a Regional Product Manager/Lead for Central Europe to drive the software analytics platform in Germany and Poland from our Warsaw office. You will shape the regional product strategy, align with global roadmap, and work closely with engineers, analysts, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities include defining the Central Europe vision, maintaining the regional backlog, gathering client feedback, and mentoring the regional product team as part of our hybrid

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-6 years of professional experience at a major consultancy, energy company, software company, financial services company, or other knowledge-focused firm or institution.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large complex projects or products that require significant cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Good understanding of energy markets.
• Results-driven, with persistence in reaching goals and a hands-on approach to ensuring targets are achieved.
• Professional proficiency in English, as well as in either German or Polish.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy for our Central Europe software platform.
• Build and maintain the regional roadmap for all Central Europe software products, prioritising features.
• Own and manage a structured backlog of user needs and feature ideas.
• Define requirements for UI and modelling features, coordinating with local and central technical teams.
• Lead a cross-functional team of software engineers, product managers, modellers, analysts, and customer success representatives in delivery.
• Develop and manage client relationships, understand client requirements, and capture feedback.
• Build and manage the Central Europe software product team, fostering positive culture and mentorship.
