Job summary
Grupa RENOMIA Polska seeks an experienced leader to grow the Construction, Development & Real Estate practice across the Central and Eastern Europe region. You will shape strategy, develop opportunities, and build long-term relationships with major market players in construction, development, and real estate sectors.

Qualifications
- Experience in insurance, risk management, construction, real estate, or related consulting.
- Ability to develop strategy and build client relationships at senior levels.
- Proven leadership and project coordination across teams.
Responsibilities
- Strategic development of the Construction, Development & Real Estate practice across the CEE region.
- Identify opportunities, set priorities, and shape regional direction.
- Build relationships with developers, investors, asset managers, and law/consulting firms.
- Coordinate cross-border marketing and cross-selling activities in the CEE region.
- Lead projects and mentor a team of experts in real estate and risk management.
