Job summary

TMF Group is recruiting a CDD Officer to join its international compliance team in a role blending regulatory risk management and client due diligence.

You will conduct client risk analyses, perform CDD reviews, review documentation, and maintain client records across systems while collaborating with Compliance, Quality Control, and internal stakeholders. Hybrid/remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or a related field.
• Experience in Client Due Diligence (CDD), KYC, AML, compliance, or a related area is advantageous.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., sanctions, WWFT, European requirements).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Client Risk Analyses in line with the CDD framework.
• Conduct client due diligence reviews and ensure all CDD requirements are met.
• Review and assess client documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Analyze information from client files to support risk assessments.
• Assist colleagues with day-to-day CDD matters and queries.
• Maintain and update client records, databases, and tracking systems.
• Communicate with clients to obtain required information and documentation.
• Ensure updates in compliance systems like Fen-X are timely and accurate.
• Monitor screening alerts from World-Check and other tools.
• Complete client reviews within timelines with high quality.
