Job summary

TMF Group is a global provider of administrative services, helping clients invest and operate safely around the world. The Group Internal Auditor will be part of the global audit team and oversee work across internal auditing, including compliance, AML/KYC, and regulatory audits.

You will participate in audit engagements from planning to execution, develop strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure timely documentation while supporting the Head of Audit on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of internal audit experience in financial services.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.
• Excellent planning, project management, and meeting deadlines.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and co-lead audit engagements from planning to execution.
• Assist with risk assessments, testing control design, and fieldwork.
• Follow up on audit findings and recommendations.
• Ensure timely audit documentation and reporting.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and maintain ethical standards.
• Support Head of Audit in strategic initiatives and annual plan.
