Job summary

TMF Group is seeking a CDD Coordinating Associate located in Katowice to support Senior KYC staff in delivering compliant client due diligence for assigned markets. You will coordinate data collection, assess KYC documentation, and liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve escalations while ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

The role emphasizes process efficiency, accurate data handling, and continuous improvement of KYC workflows within TMF’s international framework.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in KYC/CDD or related compliance roles.
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor teams.
• Ability to design and implement efficient workflows.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of KYC regulations and risk assessment methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Undertake and manage the KYC Documentation and Data Collection process for the Market to ensure compliant procedures.
• Ensure regulatory knowledge for the market remains up to date.
• Manage workload, backlogs, and priorities efficiently.
• Provide guidance on cases to stakeholders as required.
• Review KYC Documentation and Data collected and ensure upload to the KYC system.
