Job summary

CXM Group is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to lead a group-wide compliance architecture across multiple jurisdictions in a fully remote setup. You will own the regulatory posture, drive AI-enabled legal operations, and oversee licensing and M&A activity across FX, CFDs, crypto, and education sectors.

Ownership of reporting, risk monitoring, and regulator engagement will be core to your mandate, with direct access to the CEO and group board.

Qualifications

Demonstrated command of tier-one regimes (CySEC, FCA, NFA, ASIC) and offshore/emerging frameworks (UAE, MiCA).
Regulator-facing credibility with direct regulator engagement experience.
M&A and licensing fluency for cross-border licensing and acquisitions.
Experience deploying AI tooling in legal workflows and risk monitoring.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy a group-wide compliance reporting framework covering all entities.
Create an AI-enabled legal document repository for cross-entity use.
Define and operationalise SLAs for internal legal workflows (24h / 48h timelines).
Implement risk monitoring tools across all business verticals and target markets.
Drive licensing and acquisition pipeline milestones (MiCA, VARA, LATAM, SEA).
Oversee group-wide legal and compliance communications and regulator inquiries.
Set and enforce contract throughput standards and accountability.
