Responsibilities

• Selecting the commercial offer (product portfolio) and adjusting it to meet our Clients' expectations
• Managing the assigned product category
• Sourcing and selecting suppliers, conducting business negotiations, purchasing, and providing marketing support for product groups across various sales channels
• Ongoing collaboration with suppliers and building and maintaining relationships
• Developing product development strategies for both retail stores and e-commerce
• Creating a pricing policy aligned with the company’s strategy
• Analyzing sales, monitoring the market and competition
• Cooperating with Store Department Managers
• Coordinating the work of an Assistant/Specialist

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within a Purchasing Department
• Knowledge of the assortment in the construction materials industry
• Experience in conducting business negotiations and working with suppliers
• Strong analytical skills
• Independence in action and the ability to plan one’s work
• Knowledge of market trends
• Proficiency in English
