Job summary

Aristocrat, a world leader in gaming content and technology, seeks a Lead Accountant – Cash & Intercompany in Kraków to ensure the accuracy, integrity and control of cash and intercompany accounting across multiple entities and regions.

You will own end-to-end cash management, bank reconciliations, intercompany lifecycle, month-end close and reconciliations, and lead governance with a focus on risk mitigation and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial accounting with cash management and intercompany experience.
• IFRS/GAAP knowledge including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting and control for cash and intercompany processes across multiple entities and regions.
• Oversee daily cash accounting, bank reconciliations, and cash positioning for accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage intercompany lifecycle: billing, settlements, eliminations, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely month-end close activities for cash and intercompany, including journals and variance analysis.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity and resolve aged or complex reconciling items.
• Partner with Treasury on cash management and liquidity alignment.
• Drive governance across intercompany processes, including settlements and pricing.
• Lead intercompany netting and settlements to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external reporting; support audits.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities across regions.
• Provide leadership and develop the team in cash management and intercompany accounting.
• Deliver reporting on cash positions, intercompany balances, and exposures.
