Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking an Accountant to join our finance team in Kraków. You will handle invoices, manage AP, and ensure accurate financial records in our ERP system, supporting month-end close and tax reporting.

The role requires a degree in accounting (ACCA welcomed) and 2+ years of accounting experience with strong English and Excel skills. You will collaborate with the finance team to implement financial strategies and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Experience with Sage, D365 or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Well-organized, motivated, and capable of working with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle primary accounting documents such as invoices and bank statements.
• Maintain records of financial transactions in Sage ERP system.
• Manage the AP cycle: recording invoices, preparing payments, reconciliations.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts including banking, customers, vendors, accruals.
• Prepare the trial balance and materials for month-end close.
• Assist with tax returns and financial reports.
