Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming in Kraków is seeking a Lead Accountant – Cash & Intercompany to own end-to-end cash and intercompany accounting across multiple entities. You will ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely month-end close, with strong emphasis on controls and governance.

Responsibilities include daily cash accounting, bank reconciliations, intercompany settlements, and close coordination with Treasury. This is a key leadership role in a globally renowned gaming company offering growth

Qualifications

5+ years in financial accounting with cash management and intercompany exposure.
Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge including FX and intercompany eliminations.
Experience managing multi-entity and multi-currency environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end accounting and control for cash and intercompany processes across entities and regions.
Oversee daily cash accounting, reconciliations, and cash positioning for accuracy.
Manage intercompany lifecycle: billing, settlements, eliminations and reconciliations.
Ensure timely month-end close for cash and intercompany with journals and substantiations.
Maintain balance sheet integrity and resolve aged reconciling items.
Partner with Treasury on cash management and liquidity alignment.
Drive governance across intercompany processes and settlements.
Lead intercompany netting and settlement to improve efficiency.
Support audits with documentation and timely query resolution.
Identify process improvements, automation, and standardisation.
