As an Accountant in Kraków, you will handle primary accounting documents, maintain records in our Sage ERP system, manage the AP cycle, and support month-end close and tax reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Sage or D365.

Responsibilities

• Handle primary accounting documents such as invoices, bank statements, and more.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in our Sage ERP system.
• Manage the AP cycle, including recording invoices, preparing payments, and reconciliations.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including banking, customers, vendors, and accruals.
• Prepare the trial balance and other materials for month-end close.
• Prepare tax returns and financial reports; assist with audits.
• Work with finance team to implement financial strategies.
