Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking an Accountant to join our finance team in Kraków. You will handle invoices and bank statements, maintain records in Sage ERP, manage accounts payable, and contribute to month-end close and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in accounting, experience with ERP systems, and strong English, Excel, and organizational skills. This role offers growth in a global gaming technology leader with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting.
• Proven experience in monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Experience in Sage, D365 or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Well-organized, motivated, and capable of working with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle primary accounting documents such as invoices, bank statements, and more.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in our Sage ERP system.
• Manage the AP cycle, including recording invoices, preparing payments, and reconciliations.
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts, including but not limited to banking, customer, vendor, and accruals.
• Prepare the trial balance and other materials for month-end close.
• Participate in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports.
• Assist with statutory and tax audits.
• Work in tandem with the company's finance team members to successfully implement financial strategies.
