Job summary

Amer Sports in Kraków is seeking an Order to Cash Junior Specialist (Cash Collection) for a second-shift role to support our North America operations. You will monitor the customer portfolio, manage overdue accounts, and coordinate with Sales and CX to resolve billing issues.

The role requires strong English, basic knowledge of collections, and experience with Excel and SAP. A bachelor’s degree or three years of undergraduate study is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree or completion of at least three years of undergraduate studies preferred.
• Basic knowledge of collections procedures and credit policies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor aging and manage the customer portfolio on a daily basis.
• Review orders on hold and resolve credit holds; contact customers to collect past-due balances or arrange payment plans.
• Handle customer queries related to billing, orders, credits, and other account matters; respond to emails and calls.
