Job summary

Amer Sports in Kraków is seeking an Order to Cash Junior Specialist (Cash Collection) on a second shift to support North America operations. The role focuses on collecting outstanding receivables from wholesale customers and maintaining accurate records.

You will monitor aging, manage credit holds, respond to inquiries, and help with process improvements. Hybrid work model and a comprehensive onboarding program are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or equivalent.
• Fluent English at a professional level (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of undergraduate studies preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the customer portfolio, monitor aging daily, follow up on overdue accounts and maintain records of collection activities.
• Review orders on hold, resolve credit holds, contact customers with overdue balances and negotiate payment plans.
• Handle inquiries related to billing, orders, credit notes, and other account matters; respond to calls and emails from customers and internal teams.
