Be in IT is seeking a Call Centre Operator (German+Italian) for fully remote work in Poland. You will handle customer and internal inquiries by phone and email across international markets, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The role requires fluency in German and Italian, good English (B2/C1), excellent communication, and comfort working in a multicultural environment. We offer 65–85 PLN net/hour on a B2B basis and private healthcare with a Multisport card.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in German and Italian (written and spoken).
• Proficient in English (B2 or C1) for international communication.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.

We are currently looking for a: Call Centre Operator (German+Italian).

• Long-term cooperation with a leading international consulting company providing IT services to large and medium-sized businesses across various sectors, including automotive, healthcare, finance, banking, and manufacturing.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders via phone and email in daily operations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues across different international markets.
• Support day-to-day business operations and related administrative activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and data protection requirements.
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate and support continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and Italian (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in communicating with customers and stakeholders by phone and email.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Proactive attitude, adaptability, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes and contribute to a collaborative team.
• English language proficiency at B2 or C1 level – enabling fluent communication in an international environment.
• Availability ASAP is preferred; a maximum 1-month notice period effective at the end of the month is acceptable.
