Job summary

Be in IT is seeking a Call Centre Operator (German+Italian) for fully remote work in Poland. You will handle customer and internal inquiries by phone and email across international markets, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The role requires fluency in German and Italian, good English (B2/C1), excellent communication, and comfort working in a multicultural environment. We offer 65–85 PLN net/hour on a B2B basis and private healthcare with a Multisport card.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and Italian (written and spoken).
• Proficient in English (B2 or C1) for international communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer contact.
• Able to work in a multicultural international environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented with willingness to learn new systems.
• Nice to have: experience in customer-facing or admin roles; finance sector interest.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
• Build and maintain professional relationships across international markets.
• Support day-to-day operations and related administrative activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and data protection requirements.
• Escalate complex issues and support process improvement.
