Job summary

MTU Aero Engines AG in Poland seeks a mechanical engineer to develop machine models and digital twins for virtual collision simulation of machining processes (RunMyVirtualMachine, NX CSE, Vericut). You will independently model complete machining simulation models for different departments and create tool assemblies for programming teams in Teamcenter MRL.

The role involves interdisciplinary teamwork, regular technical reporting to MTU Munich, and openness to training in Munich.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong NC programming knowledge according to DIN 66025.
• In-depth CAD/CAM knowledge and experience with Vericut.

Responsibilities

• Develop machine models and digital twins for virtual collision simulation of machining processes (RunMyVirtualMachine, NX CSE, Vericut).
• Independently model complete machining simulation models for different MTU departments.
• Create tool assemblies for programming departments in Teamcenter MRL.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams and execute project tasks, sharing methods and best practices.
• Collaborate with MTU Munich and report technically on progress.
