SD Worx in Katowice, Poland, is seeking a C++ developer to join the eBlox payroll team. You will work on a mature codebase powering Belgium’s payroll solution, contributing across the full lifecycle and collaborating with cross-border teams to deliver reliable processing for hundreds of thousands of payslips monthly.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of C++ development in complex software environments.
• Knowledge of libraries and frameworks such as STL, Boost, MFC.
• Experience with document and relational databases like Btrieve and MS SQL.

Responsibilities

• Enhance, maintain and refactor our C++ system: work with a mature, battle-tested codebase.
• Master our specialized technologies: Btrieve databases and MFC interfaces for high-volume payroll processing.
• Contribute across the full product lifecycle: from ideas to production deployment and optimizations.
• Bridge business and tech: translate Belgian payroll requirements into elegant technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot like a detective: debug across decades of development decisions with no direct customer contact.
