Sperasoft, a leading game co-development company, is seeking a skilled C++ developer to join our international team. You will design, build and maintain efficient C++ code for AAA titles, collaborate with colleagues to ensure code quality and performance, and contribute to UE4/5 based projects within a global studio network.

We value strong knowledge of the C++ language, memory management, and modern templates, along with experience in continuous integration and good English communication.

Competenze

• Proficiency in C++ with good knowledge of language spec.
• Knowledge of STL containers and algorithms.
• Memory management in non-garbage-collected environments.
• Understanding of dynamic polymorphism and C++ concepts.
• Knowledge of C++ templates.
• Commercial/UE4/UE5 experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI.
• Good communication skills and English proficiency.
• Common UI practical experience would be a big plus.

• Projektowanie, tworzenie i utrzymywanie wydajnego, czytelnego i wolnego od błędów kodu w C++
• Wsparcie w dbaniu o jakość i strukturę kodu
• Implementacja modułów odpowiedzialnych za wydajność i jakość
• Sprawna komunikacja z zespołem

• Proficiency in C++, with fair knowledge of the language specification
• Knowledge of the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms
• Understanding of memory management in non-garbage collected environments
• Understanding of dynamic polymorphism and C++ specific notions
• Familiarity with C++ templates
• Production experience in UE4/5 will be a plus
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Good communication skills and spoken English
• "Common UI" practical experience would be a big plus

[PL] Wymagania:

• Biegła znajomość C++ wraz z dobrą znajomością specyfikacji języka
• Znajomość bibliotek, kontenerów STL oraz algorytmów
• Rozumienie zarządzania pamięcią w środowiskach bez automatycznego czyszczenia pamięci (non-garbage collected)
• Zrozumienie polimorfizmu dynamicznego oraz pojęć specyficznych dla C++
• Znajomość szablonów C++
• Doświadczenie komercyjne (produkcyjne) w UE4/5 (Unreal Engine) będzie dodatkowym atutem
• Znajomość zagadnień ciągłej integracji (Continuous Integration)
• Dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie
• Praktyczne doświadczenie z "Common UI" będzie dużym plusem
