Zusammenfassung

Sperasoft is seeking a skilled C++ developer to contribute to co-development of AAA titles. You will design, implement and optimize core engine components within an international team of professionals.

Proficiency in modern C++, memory management and understanding of UE4/UE5 is highly valued. Strong English communication and collaboration skills are essential for success.

• Strong C++ expertise and code-level design for AAA titles.
• Solid knowledge of memory management in non-garbage collected environments.
• Experience with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) is a plus.

[EN] Responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable C++ code
• Help maintain code quality and organization

• Projektowanie, tworzenie i utrzymywanie wydajnego, czytelnego i wolnego od błędów kodu w C++
• Wsparcie w dbaniu o jakość i strukturę kodu
• Implementacja modułów odpowiedzialnych za wydajność i jakość
• Sprawna komunikacja z zespołem

Requirements

• Proficiency in C++, with fair knowledge of the language specification
• Knowledge of the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms
• Understanding of memory management in non-garbage collected environments
• Understanding of dynamic polymorphism and C++ specific notions
• Familiarity with C++ templates
• Production experience in UE4/5 will be a plus
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Good communication skills and spoken English
• "Common UI" practical experience would be a big plus

• Biegła znajomość C++ wraz z dobrą znajomością specyfikacji języka
• Znajomość bibliotek, kontenerów STL oraz algorytmów
• Rozumienie zarządzania pamięcią w środowiskach bez automatycznego czyszczenia pamięci (non-garbage collected)
• Zrozumienie polimorfizmu dynamicznego oraz pojęć specyficznych dla C++
• Znajomość szablonów C++
• Doświadczenie komercyjne (produkcyjne) w UE4/5 (Unreal Engine) będzie dodatkowym atutem
• Znajomość zagadnień ciągłej integracji (Continuous Integration)
• Dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie
• Praktyczne doświadczenie z "Common UI" będzie dużym plusem
