Job summary

Jit Team in Poland is seeking an experienced IT Analyst to join the Deposits Domain within a Nordic banking organization. You will work with Product Owners and Analysts in a SAFe Agile environment on requirements analysis, data modelling, and data-heavy initiatives across downstream systems and reporting.

You will collaborate with development teams, ensure scalable solutions, and engage with stakeholders to drive changes in a dynamic, international setting with English language usage daily.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong requirements engineering and analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience with business modelling and data modelling.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture.

Salary: 250-500 PLN/day on B2B/Contract of Mandate

Work model: hybrid from Gdańsk, Gdynia or Warsaw (3 days per week from the office)

We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst to join the Deposits Domain within a leading Nordic banking organization. The domain is responsible for maintaining and developing solutions supporting personal banking accounts and deposits, serving millions of customers.

You will become part of a team of skilled Product Owners and Analysts, working closely with development teams in a SAFe Agile environment. The role focuses on requirements analysis, data modelling, stakeholder collaboration, and Big Data-related initiatives, particularly within downstream systems and reporting.
