Job summary

Jit is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Channels-Business unit, focusing on digital banking solutions across the Nordic region. You will collaborate with Business, IT, Design and external vendors to design, develop, test and enhance customer-facing digital products.

Most work will be in Warsaw with teams in an agile setup. Requires 4+ years in IT/Business Analysis within banking, strong English communication, and experience with JIRA/Confluence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT and/or Business Analysis experience in banking
• Translate business needs into IT requirements
• Hands-on experience defining features and user stories
• Experience with Product Owners on roadmaps
• Strong stakeholder management and English communication
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Coordinate dependencies and proactively resolve blockers
• Team-oriented, collaborative across Business and IT
• Knowledge of digital banking or web app architecture is a plus
• Figma or prototyping tools familiarity is a plus

Project

Join the Channels-Business unit and contribute to the development of digital business banking solutions across the Nordic region. Our teams deliver innovative web and mobile banking solutions used by customers in Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway, while continuously developing the next generation of digital banking services.

You will join a technology team mainly located in Warsaw and work within one of six agile teams. You will collaborate closely with Business, IT, Design and external vendors to design, develop, test and enhance customer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities you'll have

Analyze and document business needs and translate them into clear IT requirements supporting scalable and sustainable solutions

Definefeatures and user stories based on business requirements

Lead delivery in close collaboration with stakeholders acrossBusiness, IT and Design

Cooperate withProduct Owners on product and release planning

Coordinate withexternal vendors to ensure requirements are aligned and deliveries meet expected quality standards

Expected competences and knowledge

• 4+ years of experience in IT and/or Business Analysis within the banking industry
• Proven experience in translatingbusiness needs into IT requirements
• Hands-on experience definingfeatures and user stories
• Experience collaborating withProduct Owners on product and release roadmaps
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively acrossBusiness and IT
• Strong communication skills inEnglish, both written and spokenHands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
