Job summary

Jit Team is building a modern Data Platform for a Nordic financial institution, offering a hybrid work model from Gdynia or Gdańsk. You will bridge business and technical teams to deliver high-quality data and analytics solutions across the organisation.

As a Data Business Analyst, you will define requirements, analyze complex processes and support end-to-end data solutions with cross-functional teams, while enjoying a culture that emphasizes work-life balance and continuous training

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Experience with complex business and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, data quality and governance.
• Experience with data workflows, ETL processes and Data Pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features and user stories.
• Experience working in Agile environments; understanding CI/CD concepts.
• Knowledge of Big Data ecosystems.
• Experience with incident management processes and tools.

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk (2/3 days per week from the office)

Join a team responsible for building and evolving a modernData Platform within one of the largest financial institutions in the Nordic region. The project focuses on enabling advanced data-driven decision making, improving data quality, and developing scalable analytics capabilities across the organization.

As a Data Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality data and analytics solutions. You will collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to define requirements, analyse complex processes, and support the implementation of end-to-end data solutions.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand expected outcomes and define solution scope
