Job summary

Trading 212 is expanding its in-house recruitment practice in Poland. The role covers full-cycle hiring across multiple functions, direct sourcing, and proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill roles. You will assess candidate relevance, drive timely decisions, and lead offers to completion.

You will be accountable for hiring outcomes, sharing evidence-based insights, and continuously improving processes to close challenging searches while building a robust talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• In-house ownership of business or commercial hiring in a high-growth company.
• Breadth across several business functions, supported by clear hiring outcomes.
• Searches where you personally built the pipeline, qualified candidates, managed the stakeholder, and closed the hire.
• Numerical ownership of hiring results and a clear account of which actions changed them.
• A record of recovering difficult searches, challenging hiring decisions with evidence, improving recruitment processes, and closing difficult offers.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle hiring across functions such as sales, marketing, finance, operations, compliance, risk, and HR
• Direct sourcing and proactive pipelines for specialist or hard-to-fill roles
• Assessing candidate relevance, securing timely decisions, and leading offer conversations through acceptance
• Presenting hiring managers with clear evidence when the profile, search strategy, or interview process needs to change
