Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to own logistics performance and material flow across the plant in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will lead teams, collaborate with operations and cross-functional functions to secure materials and ensure timely deliveries.

In this senior role you will drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and implement lean initiatives using SAP or WMS integrations, while ensuring compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading logistics in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management and internal materials flow.
• People manager with ability to develop teams and drive accountability.
• Experience with SAP and WMS or similar systems.
• Continuous improvement mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

For one of our international manufacturing clients, we are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to take ownership of logistics performance and material flow across the plant.

This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys working close to operations, leading teams and improving processes in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What will you be responsible for?

• Managing the flow of materials and finished goods throughout the plant.
• Ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy and timely deliveries.
• Supporting production by securing the availability of materials and smooth internal logistics.
• Leading and developing logistics and warehouse teams.
• Driving improvements in productivity, inventory levels, quality and operational costs.
• Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing actions to improve results.
• Working closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality and Engineering teams.
• Using ERP/WMS systems to maintain efficient and reliable logistics processes.
• Supporting compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards.
