Job summary

DCG, a recruitment partner, is seeking a Business Analyst to focus on process design and improvement. You will work with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, pain points, and objectives, and you will document current-state and future-state processes, including process maps and SOPs.

The role requires strong written and verbal English, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities
