Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a result-driven Business Analyst to join our Insurance practice in Warsaw. You will collaborate with clients and IT teams to analyze, design and optimize business processes, supporting the full project lifecycle from requirements to testing and implementation.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, a Master’s degree, and proficiency in Polish and English. We offer hybrid work with 2–3 days in the office, extensive training, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Business Analysis or related roles.
Solid understanding of Polish insurance market and business processes.
Familiarity with SDLC and test management fundamentals.
Experience with process analysis and design methodology.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Conduct business analysis, gather requirements, map processes and identify gaps.
Analyze current-state processes to find optimization opportunities.
Design new processes aligned with client needs and constraints.
Support SDLC activities from analysis to testing and implementation.
Prepare test scenarios, SIT/UAT support and defect management.
Create and maintain project documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
