Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a skilled Business Analysis and Transformation professional to join our Insurance practice in Warsaw. You will conduct requirements definition, process mapping and design, and support transformation across the insurance value chain from strategy to delivery.

You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, run workshops, and contribute to target operating models and business cases, while working within a hybrid, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Business Design or related roles.
• Polish and English at C1 level or above.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis and business design activities, including requirements definition and process mapping.
• Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation.
• Design new and improved business/IT processes tailored to client requirements.
• Develop solutions leveraging established consulting methodologies, tools and assets.
• Support transformation initiatives across insurance value chain areas: distribution, products, claims, operations and core systems.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and drive decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams for alignment and execution.
• Support design of target operating models and future-state processes.
• Contribute to business cases and recommendations; support SDLC from design to testing.
• Maintain structured project communication and documentation.
