Job summary

Accenture Poland, Warsaw HQ, is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Insurance practice. You will conduct business analysis, design processes, and support SDLC from analysis through testing. The role requires Polish and English at C1 level, and a Master’s degree, with full-time, hybrid work and 2–3 days in the office.

You will work with cross-functional teams on transformation projects, using JIRA and Confluence, gaining exposure to AI-enabled initiatives and modern technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Design or other relevant project-related roles.
• Good understanding of the Polish insurance market, trends, products and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective cooperation with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping and gap analysis.
• Analyze current-state business processes and identify areas for improvement and transformation.
• Design new and improved business processes tailored to client requirements.
• Support SDLC activities from analysis and solution design through testing and implementation.
• Prepare and maintain structured project documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
