Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a business analyst to support implementation projects for international clients in the capital markets space. You will join a team focused on strategy design, architecture, operating models, process improvement, and system building.

You will gain knowledge of in-demand Capital Markets solutions, apply Accenture best practices, and contribute to outsourcing initiatives while collaborating across Europe. Some travel to client offices is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with or in IT departments in a bank, with front/middle office exposure.
• Knowledge of trading/treasury processes and MO processes is a plus.
• Basic SQL knowledge and any other programming language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work as a business analyst on implementation projects for international clients.
• Participate in strategy design, architecture design, operating model work, and process improvement.
• Contribute to application management, system building, and package integration.
