Job summary

UniCredit ищет опытного специалиста в области ценных бумаг для обеспечения полного цикла поставки цифровых решений и соответствия политике банка. Работа предполагает взаимодействие с бизнес- и консультантами, управление зависимостями и рисками, а также развитие продуктов в суб-домене ценных бумаг.

Требуется 3+ лет опыта в ценных бумагах, знание методологий и сильные коммуникативные навыки английского языка. Привлекут знание немецкого и опыт работы с подрядчиками.

Qualifications

• 3+ года опыта в сфере ценных бумаг, желательно на рынке Австрии.
• Опыт работы с внешними/третьими сторонами не менее 3 лет.
• Опыт работы в проектах с применением методологий Portfolio Management, Estimation Methodologies, PPM, DigiBoard и Release Management.

Responsibilities

• Обеспечение полного цикла поставки безопасных и надёжных цифровых решений в области ценных бумаг согласно политикам UniCredit.
• Согласование бизнес-потребностей с командами бизнес- и консультантов.
• Управление зависимостями между проектами и рисками.
• Владение функциональными знаниями продуктов в суб-домене ценных бумаг.
• Определение решений в соответствии с регуляторными и бизнес-требованиями.
• Содействие непрерывному совершенствованию и поиск альтернатив.
• Владение процессами с управлением ресурсами и бюджетом.
• Координация требований с банковскими контактами и внешними провайдерами.
• Планирование и приоритизация дальнейших разработок с менеджерами приложений и продуктов.

Ensure end-to-end delivery of secure and robust Digital Securities solutions according to UniCredit policies and guidelines; Cooperate with Business and Consultant teams to align business needs with technical delivery; Manage cross-project dependencies and related risks; Acquire functional knowledge of products within the Securities sub-domain; Lead the future development of Securities products based on regulatory and business needs, defining fit-for-purpose solutions; Support continuous improvement by exploring different alternatives and experiences; Take personal responsibility for projects and products according to total cost of ownership; Engineer requirements in agile or waterfall project environments; Coordinate requirement definition with bank contacts; Plan and prioritize further developments with application and product managers; Take ownership of processes with resource and budget responsibility; Coordinate cooperation with other UC IT units and external providers; Collaborate with external providers according to contractual obligations.

3+ Years of experience in the Securities field, ideally in the Austrian market; At least 3 years of experience working with third-party solutions; Good experience with project processes and methodologies, including Portfolio Management, Estimation Methodologies, PPM, DigiBoard, and Release Management; Ability to map business requirements to a functional breakdown structure; Ability to communicate functional information to technical and non-technical customers; Background in digital and technology; Strong teamwork skills in medium to large distributed international project teams; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to perform under stressful conditions; High risk awareness and a solution-oriented approach; Strong prioritization skills; Clear execution focus and discipline through delivery; Experience in a complex financial institution, major business, or digital consulting firm; Fluent written and spoken English; Nice to have: German language skills, experience working with vendors.
