Job summary

UniCredit is building an enthusiastic, international team to deliver secure Digital Securities solutions in Warszawa. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate with business and external partners, and manage risks across multiple projects while gaining deep knowledge of the Securities domain.

The role requires strong English communication, experience in release management, and the ability to work in a multi-country setup. Hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in portfolio management and project estimation methodologies.
• Ability to map business requirements to functional structures.
• Experience with release management in a Securities domain.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across multiple countries.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end delivery of secure, robust Digital Securities solutions.
• Coordinate requirements with business and consultant teams.
• Manage dependencies and risks across parallel projects.
• Acquire functional knowledge of the securities products.
• Lead product development aligned with regulatory and business needs.
• Support continuous improvement and vendor coordination.
