UniCredit in Poland is seeking an Analyst CIB to join the Large Corporates Client Solutions team, supporting Relationship Managers and coordinating credit processes across Poland, the CEE region, and Milan. The role offers exposure to large-scale financing transactions and collaboration with international teams.
The position requires at least 1 year in corporate banking or related fields, strong financial analysis skills, and bilingual communication in Polish and English.

About the role
Join the UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking - Large Corporates Client Solutions team and work on servicing the largest Polish and international corporate groups—from day-to-day financing and debt structuring to complex financial transactions and strategic client projects. We offer the opportunity to participate in the largest and most prestigious transactions executed on the Polish market, as well as daily collaboration in an international environment with teams in Poland, the CEE region, and UniCredit headquarters in Milan.
What you will be doing?
Supporting Relationship Managersin managing relationships with the largest corporate clients in Poland.
Preparing credit analyses, transaction materials, presentations, and recommendations for decision-making processes.
Preparing sector analysesand continuously monitoring market trends and client situations.
Participating in structuring and executingthe largest transactions on the Polish market, including bilateral and syndicated financing, acquisition finance, project finance, and capital market transactions.
Identifying client needsand collaborating with product teams regarding financing, trade finance, hedging, DCM, ECM, cash management, and advisory services.
Coordinating credit processesand required approvals in cooperation with risk, product, and operational teams.
Supporting onboarding processes, documentation preparation, and the monitoring of credit limits and exposures.
Collaboratingwith international UniCredit teams in Poland, the CEE region, and Milan.
Minimum1 year of experiencein corporate banking, credit analysis, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
Higher education degree in finance, economics, banking, accounting, or a related field.
Very good analytical skills and knowledge of financial statement analysis.
Very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent knowledge of Polish and English.
Ability to clearly formulate conclusions and present complex financial issues.
Independence, accuracy, strong work organization, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to cooperate with clients and teams operating across various countries and areas.
Work with the largest corporate clients and on key transactions executed in Poland.
Direct cooperation with experienced bankers, product specialists, and risk teams within the international UniCredit Group.
Exposure to various corporate and investment banking products.
Daily collaboration in an international environment encompassing Poland, the CEE region, and Milan.
Opportunities to develop competencies in financial analysis, financing structuring, and client relationship management.
