What you'll be doing
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the E2E delivery of secure and robust Digital Securities solutions according to UniCredit policies and guidelines.
- Cooperate with Business and Consultant team to match the business needs with the technical delivery.
- Cross over management and risk management for dependencies with projects in parallel
- Acquire functional knowledge of products inside the Securities Sub-domain
- Lead the future development of Securities product driven by regulatory and business needs, defining the better solution to fit the purpose
- Knowledge about Securities landscape and specific Austrian Order and Settlement applications
- Support continuous improvement, exploring different alternatives and experiences
- Austrian market Securities regulatory knowledge
Functional and Product Skills
- Personal responsibility for projects and products according to “total cost of ownership”, requirements engineering in an agile project environment (E2E) or classic style (waterfall).
- Coordination of requirement definition in collaboration with bank contacts
- Responsibility, planning and prioritization of further developments in close cooperation with other application and product managers.
- Taking over processes with resource and budget responsibility
- Coordination of cooperation with other UC IT units and external providers
- Collaboration with external provider according to contractual obligation, experience working with vendors be a benefit
- Special/Expert knowledge Securities product release management
- Securities Product E2E lifecycle
Requirements
- Good experience in project processes and methodology (Portfolio Management, Estimation Methodologies, PPM, DigiBoard, Release Management)
- 3+ years experiences of Securities field experience, ideally on Austrian market
- Min 3 years of expertise working with 3rd party solutions
- Good experience to map Business requirements to functional break down structure
- Ability to communicate functional information to both technical and non-technical customers
- Digital and technologies knowledge background
- Good team working capabilities, in the context of medium to large project teams distributed among multiple countries / locations
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to perform under stressful conditions
- High risk awareness and solution-oriented approach
- Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities
- Execution & discipline maintains a clear focus and sees action through to delivery
- Experience in a complex Financial Institution or Major Business or Digital Consulting Firm
- Fluent written and spoken English, German language skills are an advantage
