Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis for projects and companies.
• Strong analytical skills in credit risk assessment and debt structuring.
• Advanced English, written and spoken.
• MS Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling.
• High independence and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic transactional environment.
• Strong commitment to ongoing processes and high professional conduct in relations with clients and business partners.
• Practical knowledge of LMA documentation standards.
• Experience or knowledge in Renewable Energy (RES) projects or M&A transactions, CFA/CIMA/ACCA would be a plus.

• Structure on-balance-sheet debt financing tailored to Mid-Cap clients and transaction types.
• Prepare comprehensive credit applications in English, including end-to-end risk assessment and financing terms.
• Present applications to decision-making bodies and advocate directly before credit committees, including UniCredit Group level in Milan.
• Negotiate credit documentation, including LMA standards, and transaction terms with clients.
• Jointly manage client relationships with the relationship unit.
• Collaborate with Group units in an international environment.

• Advanced English, written and spoken;
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling;
• High independence and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic transactional environment;
• Strong commitment to ongoing processes and high professional conduct in relations with clients and business partners;
• Practical knowledge of LMA documentation standards;
• Nice to have: Experience or knowledge in Renewable Energy (RES) projects or M&A transactions, professional certifications such as CFA, CIMA, or ACCA.
