Job summary

KEYES is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a European institution client based in Warsaw, Poland. The role requires local presence and focuses on modelling business needs, ICT system changes, and process improvement.

You will lead analysis across the SDLC, prepare user stories, and collaborate with Process and Business Owners to deliver effective solutions within a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• English level: C1 or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
• One of the following ServiceNow certificates: CSA, Citizen Developer, Implementation Specialist, or other ServiceNow issued credential.

Responsibilities

• Map needs into changes in ICT systems and document processes.
• Estimate workload, time, and risk for proposed changes.
• Document and improve business processes to remove inefficiencies.
• Perform gap analysis, SWOT analysis, and feasibility studies for tools.
• Review analytical documents from third parties and contribute to SDLC activities.
• Lead backlog refinement and define user stories for developers.
• Support testing phases, change management, deployment, and training.

THE BACKGROUND

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a great team at one of our key clients, a European institution based in Poland.

The role is based in Poland (Warsaw), therefore local presence is required.

YOUR MISSION

As Business Analyst, your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Map needs into changes in ICT systems (existing systems and needed to be build)

• Order of magnitude estimation of the workload, time, risk

• Document existing business processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks

• Identify gaps and overlaps across business processes, provide input to business process streamline

• Provide input or conduct Gap analysis, SWOT analysis, feasibility studies of tools

• Review and contribute to analytical documentation provided by 3rd party companies

• Provide business analysis services related to ICT solutions deployed or planned to be deployed

• Act as main point of contact for the Process and Business Owners

• Educate on Service Now capabilities, manage expectations, prepare mock-ups, deliver demos to Business

• Define User Stories and lead backlog refinements to decompose user stories into tasks for Developers

• Support whole SDLC including bug-fixing, UAT, change management, deployment, trainings, hyper care

• Support the Portfolio with expertise on business analysis focused on business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a Bachelor Degree

• You have minimum English level of C1

• You have minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT

• You have at least one valid ServiceNow certificate: Certified System Administrator, Citizen Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or other relevant issued by ServiceNow.
