Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow analyst to join a three-person team building a multi-module platform for an international financial company. You will gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow specifications.

Workshops with stakeholders, backlog refinement, and collaboration with Developers, BA Lead, and Architect are key. Fluency in Polish and English is required; Warsaw office attendance is expected at least once a week.

Qualifications

5+ years of business analysis in ITSM/CSM domains.
Experience in requirements elicitation and workshops.
Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
Knowledge of GRC and privacy compliance.
Fluent Polish and English (B2+).
Willing to work from Warsaw office at least weekly.
Residence in Poland.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow analyst for a project to build a multi-module platform for an international financial company. As part of a team of three analysts, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements. Refining the backlog and clarifying the scope

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis in the ITSM and CSM areas
Knowledge of GRC and compliance with privacy regulations
Ability to conduct workshops and gather requirements
Experience in process analysis and creating user stories and acceptance criteria
Knowledge of fit-gap methodology and ability to refine the backlog
Fluent in Polish and English at least at B2 level
Willingness to work from the office in Warsaw - at least once a week
Residence in Poland
