Job summary

TechTree is recruiting for a Business Analyst (.NET domain) to support a long-term EU corporate IT programme in Warsaw. You'll bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating complex needs into structured requirements and guiding enterprise process improvements.

The role covers HR, asset management, finance and grant-management systems, with a consolidation of data flows and system integrations. English proficiency (C1) is required, and the assignment runs ~42 months onsite.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• 3+ years as BA on a large-scale system with 10+ engineers.
• Strong SQL and data-analysis skills.
• Experience with enterprise information systems and system integrations.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML.
• Level 6 education or equivalent.
• C1-level English.
• At least 2 recognised BA/modelling certifications (CBAP, UML Professional or BPM2).

Responsibilities
