Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Experience developing reporting and analytics solutions.
Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred: Power BI data modelling, DAX, and dashboard development.
Preferred: Data ingestion, ETL/ELT, and modern data architectures.
Preferred: Data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks.
Preferred: AI, ML, Generative AI, or AI governance concepts.
Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

Responsibilities

Support data ingestion, integration, and data quality initiatives across multiple systems.
Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Contribute to AI governance, data governance, and compliance initiatives.
Create operational performance metrics for productivity, service, compliance, workforce management, and customer experience.
Design and support Workforce Management capabilities including Forecasting & Scheduling, Time & Attendance Tracking, Performance Management & Analytics, Compliance Monitoring, and Employee Self-Service reporting.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Support testing, implementation, and continuous improvement activities.
Collaborate with customs experts, operations teams, product owners, and technology partners to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
Present technical recommendations and analytical findings to business stakeholders.
