Job summary

CoolPeople Technology seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead an enterprise BI transformation in Poland. You will assess the BI portfolio, identify redundant reports, and drive migration and rationalization of dashboards.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in BA/BI transformation, Polish C2 and English B2, and proven ability to coordinate UAT, workshops, and cross-functional workstreams with stakeholders across business, data, governance and IT.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of BA or BI transformation experience.
• Strong experience with enterprise BI reporting and dashboard migrations.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and user stories.
• Knowledge of data sources, data quality, and KPI definitions.
• Proven stakeholder management across business, data governance and IT.
• Polish language at C2 and English at B2 level.

We are looking for a Business Analyst for an enterprise BI transformation and reporting-rationalization programme in Poland. You will assess the BI portfolio, support dashboard migration and lead business workstreams. We need 8+ years of BA / BI transformation experience, Polish C2 and English B2.

Project

• assess the BI portfolio and identify redundant or overlapping reports
• rationalize reporting, decommission dashboards and support migration of selected analytics products
• prepare requirements, functional specifications, process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria
• coordinate UAT, business validation and implementation readiness
• facilitate workshops across business, Data Office, governance and technical teams
• independently lead business-side workstreams and manage complex dependencies

Skills

• 8+ years of relevant Business Analysis or BI transformation experience; 12+ years strongly preferred
• enterprise BI transformation, reporting rationalization, BI portfolio assessment or dashboard migration
• requirements gathering, functional specifications, process mapping, gap analysis, user stories and acceptance criteria
• enterprise BI architecture, data sources, data quality, semantic layers and KPI definitions
• UAT, business validation and implementation readiness
• stakeholder management across business, data, governance and IT with strong analytical thinking and structured communication
• independent workstream leadership, workshop facilitation and dependency management
• Polish C2 and English B2
