Job summary

INFOLET SP. Z O.O. is seeking a Business Analyst to drive data change management initiatives across the organization.

You will collaborate with Programme and Project Managers, stakeholders, Solution Architects, and IT to understand needs, capture requirements, and support change through the full project lifecycle. You will lead workshops, document requirements, map business processes, and translate needs into robust designs while guiding testing, deployment, and adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within complex change or transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Ability to create and manage business requirements and user stories.
• Experience analysing business processes, customer journeys or product functionality.
• Experience working across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation and deployment.
• Experience working closely with both business and technology teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements usable by technical teams.

Responsibilities

Job description

PROJECT

Join a Data Change Management team responsible for delivering complex business, technology, data, and process changes across the organization.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Programme and Project Managers, business stakeholders, Solution Architects, and IT teams to understand business needs, define requirements, and support change throughout the full project lifecycle – from initial analysis and solution design through testing, implementation, and adoption.

YOU WILL

• Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, stakeholder discussions, and process observation
• Analyse and document business requirements, user stories, and requirements catalogues
• Analyse customer journeys, business processes, and product functionality to identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Work closely with Programme and Project Managers to ensure project delivery is aligned with the wider change portfolio and strategy.
• Cooperate with Solution Architects and IT teams to support technical analysis and solution definition.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into solution designs together with business and technology teams.
• Support projects throughout the full lifecycle – from requirements gathering and analysis through design, testing, implementation, and deployment
• Coordinate and track testing activities and outcomes
• Support implementation and business readiness, including training, RACI definition, and adoption activities
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and senior management across different markets and business areas
• Support project governance, ensuring decisions and changes are properly documented and communicated
• Provide leadership within projects, helping set expectations and monitor delivery progress
• Contribute to the development and adoption of Business Analysis and Change Management best practices across the organization
• Use approved AI tools to support analysis and delivery, including summarising workshops, drafting requirements and user stories, identifying gaps and risks, and preparing stakeholder‑ready materials
• Ensure appropriate governance, data privacy, and human validation when using AI‑generated outputs

MUST HAVE

• Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within complex change or transformation projects
• Hands‑on experience with requirements elicitation and documentation
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Ability to create and manage business requirements and user stories
• Experience analysing business processes, customer journeys or product functionality
• Experience working across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation and deployment

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders
• Very good communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

• Experience working within Data Change Management, data transformation, or data‑related programmes
• Experience supporting business readiness, adoption, and training
• Knowledge of RACI and change governance frameworks
